The Capital Alliance CARE Team is at it again! Operation Santa's Helpers was a complete success. The holiday objective was for our team to purchase and deliver holiday wish list gifts for local less fortunate children. In teaming up with the Orangewood Children's Foundation, our team was able to fulfill the wishes of our local youth with gifts such as toys to bicycles, and from clothes to video games.
“We feel its our responsibility and duty,” Narin Charan, CEO of Capital Alliance stated “it's just the right thing to do, especially after such a great year.” Shannon Webb, CARE Committee Chair added, “After touring the facility and learning about the lives we were touching, we feel very proud to make this humble contribution.” Special thanks to CARE Team volunteers Robert Beebe, Jonathon Pearson, Sean Valentine, Chantelle Kennedy, and Pam Bromley for their extra effort in making this happen.
The mission of Orangewood Children's Foundation is too provide life-changing prevention and intervention programs for abused and neglected children, young adults and at-risk families through one-on-one support and community partnerships to end the cycle of child abuse.
